Good-bye to Air Pacific
The day is almost here. After extensive preparations and much speculation, Air Pacific will become Fiji Airways once again on June 27th. Reverting to the moniker it had on its inception in 1958, the company will introduce a host of additional upgrades to its service, adding to those previously revealed.
Having already unveiled its redesigned insignia and displayed it on the side of two brand new Airbus A330s, Fiji Airways will complete its fleet transformation by decking out the rest of its cabins to match. Additionally, new staff uniforms, onboard service improvements and the launch of its new website will lend a fresh face to the whole operation.
However, acting CEO Aubrey Swift has made the point that some things will not change – and the new Fiji Airways will continue to bring the well-known Fijian hospitality to every area it serves.
